How do I verify my email address?
Check your inbox for the verification email. If you did not receive it, use the verification banner to resend the email.
Can I cancel a rental request?
Yes. You can cancel a request while it is still pending. Open Book Shelf > My Books and cancel the request from your Borrow Requests list.
What if a book is already borrowed?
If a book is not available, you can place an advance booking request and join the queue. Your rental starts when the book becomes available and you pick it up.
Where do I get support?
Go to Dashboard > Support to open a ticket or view responses. You can also use the Contact page for direct support.
